Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to ADA, a private AI assistant, dashboard, and automation system operated by Dimen Sigon OÜ, registry code 16757774, Estonia ("Dimen Sigon", "we", "us", or "our").
1. Service Scope
ADA is a private, operator-authorized system used for personal productivity, communications support, supervised outreach, research, document retrieval, and related integrations. It is not a public consumer service and access may be restricted, changed, or disabled at any time.
2. Authorized Use
You may use ADA only if you are authorized by Dimen Sigon. You are responsible for activity performed through your connected accounts, credentials, tokens, and third-party integrations.
- Do not use ADA to break laws, third-party terms, or platform rules.
- Do not submit credentials or secrets except through approved secure channels.
- Do not use ADA for spam, harassment, impersonation, or deceptive activity.
- Social posting is intended for owner-approved activity from real, authorized profiles. ADA does not authorize automated votes, likes, account switching, or artificial multi-profile amplification.
3. Third-Party Services
ADA may connect to services such as Google, Microsoft, Reddit, X, LinkedIn, GitHub, search providers, email systems, and hosting providers. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, privacy policies, API limits, and account rules.
4. AI Outputs and Human Review
ADA may generate drafts, summaries, classifications, recommendations, and other AI-assisted outputs. These outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific situation. You must review important outputs before relying on them or approving external actions.
ADA does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice.
5. External Actions
ADA can prepare or request actions such as sending email, posting content, retrieving files, or calling external APIs. External side effects should be performed only after appropriate authorization and review. You remain responsible for content sent or published through your accounts.
6. Intellectual Property
Dimen Sigon retains rights in ADA, its code, configuration, workflows, and operational materials. You retain any rights you have in content you provide. By using ADA, you grant us the limited rights needed to process that content to operate, secure, and improve the service.
7. Availability and Changes
ADA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of ADA at any time, including to protect security, privacy, infrastructure, or third-party accounts.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dimen Sigon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of ADA.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, except where mandatory consumer or data protection law provides otherwise.
