This Privacy Policy explains how Dimen Sigon OÜ, registry code 16757774, Estonia ("Dimen Sigon", "we", "us", or "our") handles personal data in connection with ADA, our private AI assistant, dashboard, and automation system.

2. Data We Process
Depending on the enabled integrations, ADA may process:
- account identifiers, labels, usernames, and dashboard session data;
- OAuth tokens, API tokens, refresh tokens, and integration metadata;
- email, calendar, contact, task, document, and note content;
- social posts, comments, URLs, drafts, and engagement opportunities;
- messages sent to ADA through Telegram or other connected channels;
- files, excerpts, embeddings, search results, logs, audit entries, and diagnostics;
- generated drafts, summaries, classifications, and approval decisions.
3. How We Use Data
We process data to:
- operate, secure, and troubleshoot ADA;
- authenticate authorized users and prevent unauthorized access;
- connect to approved third-party services and refresh tokens;
- retrieve, summarize, draft, classify, search, and organize information;
- prepare and execute user-approved external actions;
- maintain audit logs, safety gates, and approval records;
- improve relevance, memory, and workflow quality for the authorized operator.
4. Legal Bases
Where EU or Estonian data protection law applies, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing ADA, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where a provider authorization or specific processing activity requires it.
5. Third-Party Services
ADA may exchange data with third-party services that the authorized user connects or asks ADA to use, including identity providers, email and calendar providers, social platforms, code hosting, search providers, analytics or observability tools, infrastructure providers, and AI model providers. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
6. AI Processing
ADA may send selected prompts, excerpts, metadata, or generated content to configured AI systems to produce summaries, drafts, classifications, or recommendations. We aim to minimize the data sent and to keep sensitive operations behind approval and audit controls.
7. Security
ADA uses access controls, encrypted secret storage, token encryption at rest where supported, audit logging, private infrastructure, and approval gates for external side effects. No system is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data.
8. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required for security, audit, backup, legal, or operational reasons. Some records, such as audit logs and approval history, may be retained longer to preserve accountability.
9. International Transfers
ADA may use services or infrastructure located outside Estonia or the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections, provider data processing terms, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
10. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or receive a copy of your personal data. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as ADA, our integrations, or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows when this page was last materially updated.
